Your user name and password is a form of security to protect your personal information. You can use your user name and password to login to your event headquarters.
If you forget your user name and password
Go to the event Web site in which you are participating.
Click Main Login (located on the left-hand side of the Web site navigation near the bottom).
Click Forgot Username and/or Password?.
The Password Reset Request page opens.
Complete the page as follows:
If you remember your user name
For Option 1, enter your user name.
Click Submit.
Another Password Reset Request page opens. The Send the reset password to field shows the E-mail address you use for the event, and the field below it shows your challenge question.
Enter the answer to your challenge question.
Click Submit.
The Reset Password Link sent page displays informing you that you will receive an E-mail at the address you use for the event. The E-mail will contain a link that will enable you to change your password.
Note: When login information is sent to you via E-mail, you must change your password within the time frame specified in the E-mail message.
If you remember the E-mail address you use for the event
For Option 2, enter the E-mail address you use for the event.
Another Password Reset Request page opens. The Send the reset password to field shows the E-mail address you previously entered, and the field below it your challenge question.
Enter the answer to your challenge question.
Click Submit.
The Reset Password Link sent page displays informing you that you will receive an E-mail at the address you use for the event. The E-mail will contain a link that will enable you to change your password.
If you do not remember the E-mail address you use for the event or your user name
For Option 3, click Technical Support.
A technical support E-mail form opens.
Complete the form as follows:
For First Name, enter your first name.
For Last Name, enter your last name.
For Organization, enter the name of the non-profit organization that is sponsoring the event.
For Phone, enter your phone number.
For E-mail Address, enter your E-mail address.
The Event/Initiative field shows the name of the event you are trying to access.
The Subject field shows the subject line for the E-mail that is sent to the non-profit organization.
For Please enter any additional information, enter any other information that will help the non-profit organization identify you.
Click Submit.
An E-mail is sent to the non-profit organization. An administrator will then send an E-mail addressed to you that contains your user name and a link to change your password.
Check your E-mail and change your password.
