I received an E-mail from a participant but each time I click on the link I do not go to the right page. What can I do?
The click here link may or may not work with some E-mail systems. As such, we have included the full address to the personal page at the bottom of the E-mail. Highlight, copy and paste this web address into your browser. Sometimes the E-mail may cut off part of the link, so you need to be sure to copy all of the link (ending in a number). Be sure that no > or < symbols cut off the link as well. Otherwise, you can use the search mechanism to find the participant. Show me

Can I give by check or cash instead?
If you would rather give by check or cash, please present the donation directly to the participant or the organization you are supporting. Most events will provide participants and/or team captains a pledge form that they can complete to record check/cash donations.
Why is there a minimum donation amount?
The organization has set up a minimum donation amount for online donations using the Web site. You can donate using traditional mail by check and cash. Please contact the participant or the organization as to how to do so. Show me
Was my donation credited to the correct person?
You can check the confirmation E-mail you received during your donation to double check. Show me
I received multiple confirmations. Was I charged multiple times? If so, can you please remove the duplicate donations.
If you received multiple E-mails, you were likely charged more than once. Please contact the non-profit organization that is sponsoring the event and request a credit card reversal.
