Using E-mail

No. The E-mail center does not allow for attachments or virus-producing E-mails.  Show me

My Donors

  1. I want to make a credit card donation for one of my friends who doesn’t have Internet access.  What is the best way to do that?

  2. Make sure you are logged out of your personal headquarters.  Locate your personal Web page and go through the donation process (Show me).  Fill in the information – if you don’t have their E-mail address, enter your own so you can receive the confirmation receipt for them.

  1. What do I do with my checks and cash I have received while fundraising?  Show me

  2. How can I remove a check or cash pledge I entered accidentally or one that needs to be receded because the donor no longer wishes to support me?

  3. You can delete pledges from your electronic pledge sheet at anytime BEFORE you submit the form Show me. However, once you submit the form, contact the non-profit organization that is sponsoring the event. Be sure to include the pledge information.

  1. How can I see who has donated to me?  Show me

  2. All of my donors are not showing up on the scroll mechanism. Why?  Show me

  3. One of my donors contacted me and needs to have his or her dedication on my honor roll changed. How can I do that?
