How do I make sure I do not receive any future communications from the organization?
The organization will collect your information during your registration, but you have the opportunity to opt-out of any future communication by turning off auto E-mail notifications (Show me how) and un-subscribing to an E-mail communication. When you first receive an E-mail from the organization, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the unsubscribe link. The system will automatically remove you from any future communications.
Will Blackbaud put my name on various mailing lists?

When I try to register somebody else online, it keeps telling me I am already registered?
You will need to log out before your complete another registration. Be sure to click Logout (located on the left-hand side of the Web site navigation near the bottom).
My registration has been stuck on processing for several minutes, what do I do? Show me
I never received a confirmation of my registration, am I registered?
You can search for yourself on the Web site ( Show me). If you find yourself, then you have been successfully registered. If you do not find yourself, please try again. If you have questions, contact the non-profit organization that is sponsoring the event.
When I registered I was charged more than I thought or chose the wrong registration type. How can I change my registration type?
When you registered you either paid for both the registration fee and made an additional donation or you chose the wrong registration type. Here is what you need to do:
Please re-register again under the same team but with the registration type that you need (use a different user name).
Contact the non-profit organization that is sponsoring the event when you are done. Explain that they need to reverse your old registration.
Will my registration fee be added to my total raised statistics?
This registration amount will appear in your running donation totals if your organization enabled this feature when setting up the event site.
