The opportunity drawing is ideal for raffles and sweepstakes as "wrap-around" fundraisers to the main event. Using the online opportunity drawing will allow you to:
Purchase tickets online through an eCommerce module
See the prizes to be awarded to winners
Receive their ticket numbers automatically via E-mail
Buy tickets and designate them to friends, co-workers and family members
To participate in the opportunity drawing
If an opportunity drawing is available, you can click on the opportunity drawing link below Visitors on the main navigation.
You will see the opportunity drawing page providing an explanation of the drawing, package offerings and prizes.
To purchase a drawing, enter the quantity for each package you wish to purchase. Click Continue.
Enter your information in all of the fields shown in the form. All fields marked with a red asterisk "*" are required fields.
Enter the Card Holder Name, Credit Card Number, Credit Card Type, and Credit Card Expiration.
When you are done entering your information, click Submit.
You will be redirected to a summary page. Click Continue.
You can now enter the names of the people to associate to each drawing entry. Each entry will be assigned to your name by default, but you can change any of the entries by making edits within the text box next to each entry.
Click the Continue when you are finished.
You will be redirected to a confirmation page. Click Continue to return to the home page.
