The personal headquarters includes an on-line reporting feature that allows registrants to track individual, team or group fundraising progress. These reports provide detailed donor history, and allow you to quickly send personal thank you E-mails to donors.

Your donation report includes three sections:
Payment Statistics Summary
The top section on the donation report shows your fundraising summary including the total fundraising goal and an itemized breakdown of your fundraising activity. The report provides real time statistics on the following items:
Fundraising Goal - this is your personal fundraising goal that you set up when you first registered. You can change this using your Tools - Editing Your Profile.
Dollars Needed Toward Goal - this is your fundraising goal less the current balance of your fundraising progress.
Progress Toward Goal - the following item "breaks down" your fundraising activity:
Confirmed Dollars Raised - these are all funds that have been received via online credit card donations or your own registration plus any confirmed/received checks that have been entered into your Pledge Entry Form.
Pending Dollars Raised - these include checks and cash that have not yet been received by the organization. These funds are entered in your Pledge Sheets.
Miscellaneous Credits - these include any fundraising credits awarded by the organization such as donated frequent flier miles (not available for all Web sites).
Miscellaneous Debits - these include any fundraising debits taken by the organization such as returned checks (not available for all Web sites).
Current Balance - this is the actual confirmed funds raised taking into account credits, debts and pending funds.
Pending funds must be reviewed by the organization first before posting to the Web site Show me more
Team Name
The middle section of the donation report indicates your team name (only available for Team Captains and Team Members). Team captains can change the team name in your Tools - Editing Your Profile.
Donors Listing
The last section of the donation report displays all of your individual donors for your fundraising campaign. The report will display the name, amount, payment date and payment information for each donor. You can use this report to check on the status for any pending donations. These pending donations will be labeled in red and the payment status will be unpaid.
You can also use the report to contact and thank your donors through E-mail. Show me how

If you are a Team Captain, you have an extra report called the Team Report that will allow you to view fundraising progress for your team members. To access this report:

Click on Team Report underneath Reports on the headquarters menu.
Your team report shows each member of your team. The report shows: name, E-mail, and amount raised for each member.
You can E-mail your team members directly using your address book. Show me how
Viewing Your Group Report
If you are a group leader (i.e., company leader), you have an extra report called the group detail report that will allow you to view fundraising progress for your entire group. To access this report:

Click on <Group> Detail Report underneath Reports on the headquarters menu.
Depending on the event, the <Group> may state company, corporation, department, or any other term.
Your group report shows each member within you recruitment group. The report shows: Money Goal, Recruitment Goal, # of Participants Recruited, and Total Gift Amount Collected (which is broken down into Donation and Registration amounts). The table also will detail the fundraising activity within your group pyramid. For each team and sub-group, the table displays: Level, Group Name, Leader Name, Money Raised, Money Goal, People Goal and People Recruited.
