Some events will allow you to purchase event sponsorships, usually for corporations, on the Web site. As a sponsor, you have the ability to instantly receive placement on the Web sites Sponsor View and possibly on the scrolling sponsor box. You will also reduce the time and administration involved in processing your sponsorship by doing it online.
If sponsorship opportunities are available, you can click on the sponsorship link below Visitors on the main navigation.
You will see the sponsorship catalog. Click on the link of the sponsorship item you wish to access.
You can review the current sponsors for the event at this level and all of the information regarding the sponsor opportunity. If you decide to purchase the sponsorship, click Select this Level. To review other levels click on Previous Page.
Click on Add Selection and repeat for all of the levels you wish to purchase.
You can change the quantity of the items by updating the number in the Item Quantity column. Click Update Total after each change in the quantity to update your total due.
Make sure that the check box next to the level is checked to confirm the purchase.
Click on Continue when you have made all of your selections.
Select whether you are sponsoring the event as an individual or as an organization. Click the radio button next to either choice.

Enter your information in all of the fields shown in the form. All fields marked with a red asterisk "*" are required fields.
Choose your payment type by selecting the radio button next to your choice:
Online credit card - Enter the Card Holder Name, Credit Card Number, Credit Card Type, and Credit Card Expiration.
I will be submitting a check via US mail - no more information is needed.
When you are done entering your information, click Submit.
You will be redirected to a confirmation page. Click Submit.
If you paid by credit card, you will be redirected to a credit card processing page, then immediately to an order confirmation page. Your transaction has been completed at this point. A receipt will be E-mail to you.
Click the Continue button to return to the home page.
