Software as a Service

By offering "software as a service," Kintera provides a flexible solution that meets the needs of individual customer organizations, and minimizes their implementation and overall maintenance costs.  Clients receive on-demand access via the Web to Kintera Sphere's specialized service modules, database services and full-featured payment processing.  Account management, project management, training and customer support are part of the service offering.  Product updates are handled directly by Kintera to keep the software current automatically, and to avoid any data conversion issues.
