Blackbaud Internet Solutions a division of Blackbaud, provides an integrated, on-demand open platform to help organizations quickly and easily reach more people, raise more money, and run more efficiently. The division's product, Blackbaud Sphere®, includes Events and eMarketing solutions. In addition, the division's open technology, Sphere Connect™, enables clients and partners, throught the Connect partner program to integrate directly with the Sphere platform and create best of breed solutions.

Software as a Service

By offering "software as a service," Blackbaud Internet Solutions provides a flexible solution that meets the needs of individual customer organizations, and minimizes their implementation and overall maintenance costs. Clients receive on-demand access via the Web to Blackbaud Sphere's specialized service modules, database services and full-featured payment processing.  Account management, project management, training and customer support are part of the service offering.  Product updates are handled directly by the division to keep the software current automatically, and to avoid any data conversion issues.

Blackbaud Sphere®

Over 4,000 customers - organizations of all sizes - use the division's enterprise-level platform to manage marketing, communications, programs, services and fundraising.  Built with input from thousands of nonprofit professionals and volunteers,  Sphere's Event and eMarketing tools set the industry standard. Content production, personalized communications, advocacy and delivery of programs and services within the community fuel growth and promote each organization's mission.

Customers

The division's clients comprise many of the major nonprofit organizations in the U.S., including the American Lung Association, Arthritis Foundation, Autism Speaks, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Boy Scouts of America - National Council, FamilyLife, Lance Armstrong Foundation, Sesame Workshop and The University of Virginia, among others.

Market Focus
