Richard Davidson, Chief Financial Officer
During his tenure at inCode, Davidson was credited with developing a business plan that drove the business from start-up to $65 million in annual revenue, over 350 employees and overall profitability. Davidson’s IBM career also included director, brand finance for the $15 billion IBM Personal Systems Group, where he was responsible for financial management, development, pricing, channel strategy and supply planning for IBM products. His career also included strategic positions as a member of the IBM CFO’s executive team. Davidson has a B.A. in economics from UCLA and a Master’s of Business Administration, Finance and Accounting from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. |


Richard Davidson, former CFO of IBM’s $2.5 billion Consumer Division, was named Kintera’s Chief Financial Officer in May 2005. Most recently, he was the CFO of inCode Telecom Group, Inc. Davidson is a finance and operations executive with more than 14 years experience in the technology, professional services, financial services and wireless telecom industries.
