Constituent Relationship Management (CRM)
Kintera’s CRM system, at the core of the Kintera Sphere® software platform, has at its foundation a unified relational database built from the ground up. All interactions with an organization are stored in the Kintera Sphere centralized database. With this information, nonprofits can collect, analyze and utilize data about their supporters to drive fundraising, and deliver targeted communications and programs.

Content Management System (CMS)
Nonprofit organizations can easily leverage the Internet as a primary tool to target prospects, supporters and members with relevant and personalized content.  With the Kintera Sphere CMS technology, organizations can develop, host and manage websites that will engage and actively involve web visitors in their valuable work.  The web-based tools are powerful, yet simple to use.  Data collected by the CMS websites is automatically incorporated in Kintera's relationship management component.

Donor Advised Funds (DAF)
The Kintera GivingFund administrative platform was created to help consumers channel their gifts through donor advised funds. Donor advised funds enable individuals with philanthropic interests to efficiently manage their charitable giving by allowing them to make an irrevocable contribution of personal assets (cash, appreciated stocks, bonds, mutual funds or real estate) at the most advantageous time, claim a tax deduction for the gifts, and then direct contributions from their account to the charity or charities of their choice by recommending a grant distribution from the foundation sponsoring their account.

E-Commerce
Kintera Sphere provides specialized tools for E-Commerce.  This includes donations, registrations, stores, auctions, and raffle and opportunity drawings.  All of these features use Kintera’s proven payment processing infrastructure.

E-Philanthropy
Embracing the effective and secure use of the Internet for philanthropic purposes, web-based E-Philanthropy technology helps nonprofit organizations raise funds and increase awareness to achieve their mission.

Friends Asking Friends® (FAF)
Kintera developed its Friends Asking Friends (FAF) solicitation program to simulate online, the offline process of fundraising. With FAF technology, personalized webpages allow donors to express their support for a nonprofit organization’s cause, while personalized email tools provide a means to recruit their friends and family to the site.  An online scrolling Honor Roll offers donors recognition crucial to successful fundraising.

Kintera GivingFund™
The Kintera GivingFund administrative platform is a cost-effective, easy-to-use solution that allows financial institutions and charitable organizations to quickly come to market with a private labeled donor advised fund program. At the same time, the web-based technology gives Internet convenience to a broad range of donors and philanthropists. Through the online Kintera GivingFund payment gateway, major donors can directly connect their donor advised fund to the nonprofit organization of their choice, and immediately request funding for a cause, ensuring that the donation is made to the right charity and the right program with recognition of the right people … providing a truly enhanced giving experience.

Social CRM:
Social CRM provides organizations with the critical data needed to build relationships with donors, members, prospects, participants and volunteers – all in one single, interactive system.  A social CRM system helps organizations the following ways: 1. Software as a Service
By offering “software as a service,” Kintera provides a flexible solution that meets the needs of individual customers and minimizes their implementation and overall maintenance costs.  For a monthly fee, clients receive on demand via the Internet access to Kintera Sphere’s specialized service modules, database services and full-featured payment processing.  Account management, project management, training and customer support are part of the service offering.  Product updates are handled directly by Kintera to keep the software current automatically, and to avoid any data conversion issues.
