Alex Fitzpatrick, General Counsel
He has extensive experience both domestically and internationally in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and cross border transactions counseling primarily technology companies, investment banks and venture capital funds. Mr. Fitzpatrick was previously with the corporate departments of the law firms Latham & Watkins and Cooley Godward in San Diego and with Rogers & Wells in London, England. Mr. Fitzpatrick received his B.S. in Mathematics from Georgetown University and his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall. |
Alex Fitzpatrick joined Kintera as General Counsel in April 2004, and manages the company’s legal affairs. Prior to joining Kintera, Mr. Fitzpatrick was with Vivendi Universal, S.A., a French-owned entertainment and telecommunications conglomerate where he had primary responsibility for the disposition of its Internet-based entertainment companies.
