This data includes options, past stock sales and gifts of stock and dates back to 1986 when the Securities & Exchange Commission first began requiring insiders to formally report their stock holdings. An insider is any individual who is a director, top five executive or a 10 percent or more beneficial shareholder of a public company.

Private Company Information
Ensure you find your private company owners and executives through Dun & Bradstreet’s extensive database of commercial information and insight on businesses. P!N Electronic Screening has access to its entire file of 18 million private companies in the United States which we leverage using various matching schemes. The names of both primary constituent and spouse are screened. Because we do not have a lower limit cut-off for sales volume, we are able to identify corporate owners who in essence want to keep some of their financial information “private.”

LexisNexis compiles assessment, mortgage information, and record deed transfer information from 700 municipalities, covering about 70 percent of the United States. Our searching finds multiple properties, properties held in trust, by spouses, and out-of-state properties. We will not limit your results by any volume, transaction amount, or property value.

Political Giving Information
The Federal Election Commission database of federal political contributions goes back 12 years. Every individual who makes a gift of $250 or more to a federal campaign or political organization is required to report his or her gift. We summarize these gifts for you, and allow you to search by various giving levels, affinity levels, or even occupation as listed in the individual gifts.
